These terms apply to enquiries and planning services provided through TadobaNationalPark.org, an independent travel information and safari planning website operated by Incredible Tadoba™. We are not affiliated with or operated by the Maharashtra Forest Department or Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve authorities.
1. An enquiry is not a booking
Sending the Plan Your Safari form does not create a booking and does not reserve a safari permit, a room or a vehicle. A booking exists only when we confirm it to you in writing, after availability has been checked and the payment terms for your trip have been agreed.
2. Availability and prices
Safari permits, accommodation, transfers and prices depend on availability and must be confirmed before you rely on them. Official safari charges are set by the Maharashtra Forest Department and may change. Our quotes separate official safari charges from accommodation, transfer and our own planning or coordination charges.
3. Safari permits
Safari permits are issued by the Maharashtra Forest Department through its official booking portal and are subject to its rules, quotas, weekly and seasonal closures, and availability. We do not control them. Changes to or cancellation of a permit follow the department’s rules and policies on its portal.
4. Payment and cancellation
The payment and cancellation conditions that apply to your booking, including any advance payment and any refund terms, will be given to you in writing before you confirm. Some charges, such as permits and accommodation already booked, may not be refundable under the forest department’s or the supplier’s terms. We will tell you which apply before you pay.
5. Traveller details
Please give accurate names and details for every traveller. Identity details are checked as the forest department requires, and incorrect details can lead to entry being refused. Follow the portal’s instructions on identification and carry the identification used for the booking.
6. Wildlife and safety
Sightings of tigers or any other wildlife can never be guaranteed. Safaris take place in a natural forest and carry real risks. Please follow the instructions of guides and forest staff and all reserve rules.
7. Closures and events outside our control
Forest authorities may close or change safaris because of weather, official orders or other events outside our control. If this affects your plans, we will tell you promptly and discuss the options available.
8. Independent suppliers
Accommodation, transport and similar services may be provided by independent suppliers, whose own terms also apply.
9. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law. Within what the law allows, we are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, such as weather, closures, official orders or wildlife behaviour.
