A Tadoba trip is made of a few separate parts: safari permits, a place to stay, getting there and back, and the people who look after you on the ground. A package simply combines them into one plan. Because every group travels on different dates, in different numbers and with different priorities, we build packages around your enquiry instead of selling a fixed set of prices. You can also see Incredible Tadoba’s own safari packages and operator information, or read how official safari fees differ from package costs.
What a package is made of
Safari permits and vehicles. Permits are issued by the Maharashtra Forest Department and depend on availability. The official charges are separate from private service charges, and we show them separately.
Accommodation. Chosen from Deluxe, Super Deluxe or Luxury categories to suit your budget. See Resorts and accommodation.
Transfers. Pick-up and drop from Nagpur or Chandrapur, or none if you are travelling on your own. See How to reach Tadoba.
Planning and coordination. Choosing gates and zones, scheduling around the weekly closures, and keeping everything in one plan.

Comfort categories compared
You choose a stay category in the enquiry form. We then check specific properties, availability and prices for your dates.
| Category | Best suited to | Focus of the stay |
|---|---|---|
| Deluxe | Travellers who mostly want a good base for their safaris | Comfortable, practical stays |
| Super Deluxe | Those who want more room between safaris | More space, more facilities, more comfort |
| Luxury | Travellers who want rest and relaxation to be part of the trip | The most comfortable stays |
Facilities within each category vary by property, so we confirm the details before recommending one. Read more on how to choose where to stay.
Ways people usually plan
- Short weekend. Two nights and three or four safaris. See the suggested itineraries.
- Longer stay. More nights, a mix of core and buffer gates and time for birding or rest.
- Families. Pace and timing adjusted for children. Mention ages in the form.
- Photographers and birders. More time at fewer places.

What shapes your quote
- Dates and season. Availability and charges change through the year. See the best time to visit Tadoba.
- Group size and ages. This affects vehicles, rooms and pace.
- Stay category and nights. Deluxe, Super Deluxe or Luxury, and how long you stay.
- Gates and zones. Core, buffer or a mix. See safari gates and zones and core vs buffer.
- Transfers. Whether you want pick-up and drop from Nagpur or Chandrapur.
Before you confirm anything, ask
- Which charges are official permit fees and which are private?
- Which parts are refundable, and what are the payment and cancellation terms?
- Which gates and zones are included, and on which days?
- What is not included, such as meals, entry extras or travel to Tadoba?
Prices depend on dates, group size, stay and permits, so we quote after your enquiry rather than publishing figures that may be out of date. An enquiry is not a booking. See the Booking Terms and Conditions.
Package questions
Do you publish Tadoba safari package prices?
No. Prices depend on dates, group size, stay category and permit availability, so we quote after your enquiry instead of showing figures that may be out of date.
Are safari permit charges part of a package?
Permits are issued by the Maharashtra Forest Department and the official charges are set by it. We show them separately from private service charges so you can see what is what. See the safari booking guide.
Can I ask for particular gates or a core and buffer mix?
Yes, mention your preferences in the enquiry form. We check availability for your dates and suggest options. No gate or zone guarantees a sighting.
Does sending an enquiry book my package?
No. An enquiry does not reserve a permit or a stay. Nothing is confirmed until you agree a plan with us.
Ready to plan? Tell us your dates and group size and we will come back with options. An enquiry does not reserve a permit.
